Samantha at the Frisco park was amazing. There was a lot of people in line when we arrived and she handled all the stress with a smile. She was efficient with our group and very kind. Her customer service. Should be applauded by the company and manager she’s represents. Well done!

Disappointing Experience – Needs Better Training and Attention to Kids' Needs Our recent visit to Urban Air was very disappointing. What should have been a fun outing turned frustrating due to poor communication and inconsistent instructions from staff. We had an issue with socks: one manager approved the ones we brought, but later another manager said they weren’t allowed, even though they had good grip. Because of this inconsistency, we had to replace the socks we were already using. The staff seemed confused and unsure of the actual policy, simply following whatever the manager said at the moment. When I tried to clarify the situation, the staff had no clear answers, which made the whole experience uncomfortable for us and confusing for my kids. The facility also didn’t feel well-maintained or clean. Suggestions for Improvement: Better Staff Training: Clear guidance on policies, communication, and how to handle customer questions. Consistent Policies: Staff and managers should follow the same rules to avoid confusion. More Kid-Friendly Approach: Create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel happy and supported. Improved Maintenance: Cleaner, better-kept facilities for a safer experience. Urban Air has potential, but our experience fell short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so families—and especially kids—can enjoy their time here.

Urban Air offered a summer pass that my kids fully utilize. They love climbing. They love the zip line. There's trampolines lined up to play basketball. Different obstacle courses kept them occupied for hours. The food's a little expensive but at places like that you expected. I thought $3.50 for a small popcorn was a little high.

Very engaging trampoline park with lots of activities. There are many rooms for birthday parties. The place has been maintained clean and open for all ages of kids. Kids can spend here many hours and will not get bored. The parking is ample and bathroom is clean.
