Not impressed at all, should have gone to Rockwall urban air as planned. When I arrived the girl at the counter wouldn’t let me buy tickets with her, she kept pushing us to buy through the QR code. I tried and it wasn’t working, I informed her of this and asked her if I can just buy them with her & she kept on pushing the QR code on me bc that’s what her manager said. She even tried her self and it wasn’t working, after multiple times of me asking if I could buy them with her she finally helped me. What could have been an easy check in took roughly 10 min. Now the trampoline park it self I was truly disappointed because I’ve been to other urban airs and have always had a great experience. Nothing seemed to be in order, no employee at designated room monitoring. We bought the unlimited pass just for nothing. I would not come back here again. Parents save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Kamal gave us a Great experience at Urban Air Garland! My kids always have an amazing time here and can spend hours playing without getting bored. There are plenty of activities for different ages, and they always leave happy and tired 😊 The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. As a parent, I really appreciate how welcoming and attentive everyone is. Highly recommend this place for kids to have fun and burn off energy!

We came to Urban Air in Garland with my kid and a group of his friends, and we had such a great experience! The kids had an absolute blast, and the staff really made the day even better. Kamal helped us out and he was amazing — super sweet, very patient, and incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and that the kids were taken care of. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys helping others. Thank you, Kamal, for making our visit stress-free and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

Took my kids here for their school spirit night. Great place to let your kids expel some energy. Could be a bit cleaner but its a huge facility. I would definitely return.

We had such a great experience at Urban Air, thanks to Kamal! He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a fun and safe time. Kamal was friendly, patient, and super helpful with both the kids and parents — you can tell he really enjoys what he does. It’s rare to see someone bring so much positive energy to their work, and it made our visit that much better. Thank you, Kamal, for making our day awesome! We’ll definitely be coming back.
