We recently hosted my child's birthday party at the McKinney location and had a great experience! Our party host was very accommodating, handled all our requests professionally, The kids absolutely loved her. The McKinney location feels much more spacious than the Frisco one, and we found the food options to be better here as well. The food was decent and exactly what you’d expect for a kids' venue. Most importantly, the kids had a blast. would definitely visit there again!

We are members and go frequently. They recently changed their membership and reduced the benefit, though I don't remember being notified. It's still a decent value, except the minimum contract is a full year, which is way too long. Also, the place is pretty dirty and needs a thorough cleaning and small repairs. Even so, my 5yo has a good time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ten stars Our family recently celebrated our two boys’ birthday at Urban Air, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived until the party wrapped up, everything was fun, seamless, and so well-organized. A big thank-you to Craig Peters (Guest Services Manager), and Harmoney (Event Coordinator) for making the day truly special. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and friendly attitudes made our boys feel like stars and kept all the kids smiling from start to finish.

Very cool place for the young out young at heart to play. Tons of activities with trampoline, Zipline courses, rock climbing, and video games too. Bustling with activities and family friendly. A small confession for snacks and a couple adult beverages too. Staff were adequate and friendly. Good parking available. Prices were ok for what's available. I'll definitely return occasionally.

We went today for the first time and it was amazing. Aiden made my granddaughters experience on the climbing wall awesome! He made her feel special when she climbed up to the top the first time. He was patient and showed her how to do everything. We will be back because of him.
