Very unhappy with the chaos that happened on 1/17/26! We bought a package that cost close to $700 for my son birthday. With the package we could utilize the facility after our event was over till close. With the huge fight that broke out and staff couldn’t control it, we had to pack up and leave. One fight turned into a full out brawl with kids. Young staff running everywhere recording instead of de-escalating the situation. Not until the police showed up and had control of the situation. This establishment seems like they don’t have a policy for any teenagers being by them selves. It’s almost like a drop off and pick up for anyone to be there. If there is a policy the staff here does not follow it.

Watch your bank account!!! Had a wonderful party here for my youngest at the end of November, our hostess was beyond amazing and the kids had so much fun. The downside happened on 12/22/25 when I get a random charge from Urban Air for $6.68. I check through invoices and there is no indication I would owe anything, the party was pre-paid online ($227.87 on 11/20) and then the beverage and tip we paid for in full on the date of the party (total of $67.22 charged on 11/30)...after the holidays I call them and leave a detailed message on 12/31 explaining there was a charge and there's no reason I should be charged as the party was paid in full. I receive no call back from the branch. I then call again on 1/8/26 and spoke with a manager named Tim, he was very kind but said that it looked like it was a charge from corporate so I would have to contact them about the charge, he said he would escalate on his end and provided me with corporate number to reach out to them myself. I call the corporate number provided and am told by whomever I first talk to that "it looks like the local branch charged you" and said they couldn't see what the charge was for. I then ask for someone higher up, I sit on hold for over 20 minutes and then speak to the corporate manager (?) who tells me there's nothing that they can see on their end as to why there was a charge and doubles down that it was the local branch that called corporate to ask them to charge....but there's no indication as to what the charge is for...I'd have to go through the local brand. I tell him that I already talked to the local branch and they said it was from corporate and they are escalating from the local end to the corporate. Frustrated with the circular run-around I end up having to go through my bank to dispute the charge...which entails me having to cancel my debit card and wait for a new debit card. I'm beyond livid at this corporation and how things were handled. Bottom line: if you book a party here, make sure you use a gift card with a hard limit, because this corporation clearly thinks it can take money whenever it wants and then spend weeks pointing fingers. Fun party, yes. Trust-worthy business practices? Absolutely not.

We came as a group and had so much fun! the trampolines are fun, the zip line is exhilarating, and the go karts are a total blast! I don’t even have kids and I will probably be back!

Alex and Haley made sure we were well taken care of! It was our first time there, Alex made sure that I got the maximum benefit from my gift cards. My son was celebrating his 16th birthday with friends. They enjoyed the go karts, wall climbing and the different sport trampolines. We had the pepperoni pizza. Everything was good, they enjoyed 4 hours of fun while we watched the Ohio State football game on TV!

Urban Air is an awesome place to take the kids for a day of fun and adventure. From the moment we walked in, the energy and excitement were clear. The prices are very reasonable for everything they offer, especially considering how much the kids get to enjoy. There are so many activities to choose from, and my kids had a blast exploring everything. Their favorite attractions were definitely the Tubes Playground and the Sky Rider. They went on the Sky Rider multiple times and could not stop talking about how cool it was. The Tubes Playground gave them a chance to climb, crawl, and explore while getting all their energy out. The ball pit and climbing area were also huge hits. They spent so much time there laughing, playing, and making new friends. I really appreciated that the whole space felt safe and well-organized. The staff was friendly and kept things running smoothly. It is a perfect place for kids to burn off energy while having a great time. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend it to any parent looking for a fun place to take their children. Urban Air is a great experience for the whole family.
