Brandon and his teammate were professional, polite and did a good job. They took time to explain things and answer our questions and clean up the worksite well after all is done. We are happy with the service and would hire again. Their price is most competitive among the quotes we got.
Working with Urban Desert has been a great experience from the first contact right through to the completion of service. They provided all the information needed for me to make an informed decision on the treatment options and a very fair price for a quality product. While it's never fun to NEED a pest control service, it's great to know there are great teams of professionals like Urban Desert who are able to solve the problem right the first time for a fair price. I will add that I was initially concerned by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on various platforms for this company, it seemed almost too good to be true and I was concerned about manufactured positive reviews. After doing some research and then actually meeting both the salesperson and the team that came out to do the treatment, I can wholeheartedly write a glowing positive review from my own experience. I get it now. The urban desert team is just that good to deserve all the glowing reviews.
Fantastic pet control company! Owner was great, explained everything and answered questions. Very knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy and received regular updates. Steve was awesome. Was right on time. Did a great job. He was very friendly and took time to answer questions. Actually walked the termite area and did additional treatment of room to assure they were not coming back. Very thorough. Even foamed the wall at baseboard as to minimize any visible evidence of treatment. Will definitely go to Urban Desert Pest Control for any future needs and recommend them to anyone. It's difficult finding a trustworthy company who cares about their customers and does quality work.

The technician, Tony, arrived right on time, was very polite, and took the time to explain the entire process before starting. They treated both inside and outside of the house, including problem areas I hadn’t even noticed. Within just a few days, I noticed a huge difference—no more ants around the patio! I also appreciate that their products are safe for pets and that they offer a guarantee if the pests return. The pricing was fair and the service was quick and professional.
