Damion is a great technician. He sent me a message before he arrived which gave me time to make sure my dogs were secured. Upon arrival he was very polite and explained everything he was doing today. After the serve was completed he again reviewed the service preformed along with instructions on times to allow the product to dry before letting the dogs out. I appreciated his care in our animals safety.
On October 23, 2025, At a busy gas station an in considerate member of UrabanX in a company truck decided to pull into a pump on the opposite side of his Gas Cap, which made it very evident he was just using it to park. In the details of this this company claims to be friendly and it is obvious they are not friendly by this inconsiderate action. They only care about being friendly when they are getting paid. He created a log jam on top of it by taking up one of two Diesel pumps and the only pump that is easy to use when pulling a trailer. I filled up an entire tank of diesel while he was taking his sweet time inside. This is a horrible look for this company. I also tried calling UrbanX but they have a prerecorded answering machine that only gives two options neither of which lead to accountability of the employees. Signed a Diesel driver.
I am so grateful to have a company that is willing to work with my schedule. Charlie is very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. He took into account my schedule and the fact that I needed to use my lunch break to come home to let him inside. He was on time as promised. Thanks for all you do Charlie with Urbanex.
Nate K. is the best worker that Urbanex has! A true asset to the company. The office staff person is awesome & helpful too! The service is working, we have not seen any spiders since the 2nd appointment and confident that we will see zero ants. There only a few that pop up from time to time. My husband and I are considering their mosquito treatment too.
