He doesn’t just rush through the service—he explains everything he’s doing, checks every corner and entry point, and makes sure my home is fully protected before he leaves. What I love most is how friendly and respectful he is. He answers all my questions, makes sure I understand the treatment, and truly cares about solving the problem—not just doing a quick spray and go. Since Chris has been servicing my home, I’ve seen a MAJOR improvement. No more surprise bugs, and the peace of mind is priceless! Urbanex is lucky to have someone like him. After giving them a few months and 3 trips out to my house, I'm done. I pay for a service and I would like it completed. I can understand if there is a web or two missed but again, there are MANY! My front porch was 100% missed and some other areas also. This is NOT the first time. While the employees behind the desk have tried to rectify the situation the first time, mind you with many called and feedback. I'm over them. Sure, the guy that came out was nice, pleasant to speak with, had great manners. He apologized for not giving me my 30 minute call ahead, however the workman ship isn't there. I had to call and schedule my routine visit because apparently they weren't going to. She even told me I was past due. I'm better off saving the money and doing it myself.
