Nancy Smith is always very professional and explains everything she does. This time was no exception. Very nice. Her Aide told me her name, but that was yesterday, so I forgot it. She was very nice and helpful

I see Dr. Durham for my annual skin check. I have never had to wait very long. They kindly provide a space heater and also written instructions on the wall, which I appreciate as a hearing impaired person. She does the exam in a very professional manner and answers any concerns or questions that I have. My husband also goes to this same practice but a different practitioner and has had very good experience with them. I have not had any serious issues but if I did, I would be very comfortable with Dr. Durham.

I recently had a dermatology appointment with Dr. Durham, and I couldn't be more impressed! She was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The entire office staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service. I'm so thrilled to have found Dr. Durham as my dermatologist and look forward to continuing my care with her and her wonderful team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Durham is outstanding. She is efficient but always answers my questions thoroughly. She took outstanding care of my father when he was alive as well. Her team is kind and friendly. The whole office takes excellent care of their patients.

I went to see Dr. Thrash for removal of skin cancer. I was apprehensive due to a previous negative experience with the PA at the same location (in Dallas). But Dr. Thrash was exceptional. He had two medical assistants who were wonderful at putting me at my ease and they both made me feel confident in their care. Dr. Thrash was professional and personable and was so knowledgeable that I stopped worrying and felt confident in the care I was receiving. As usual, the front desk people were great! They're all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Thrash and I will go back to see him and his attentive staff again!
