We had a great experience here from start to finish with Noel and would buy from USA Fitness again. We had an issue with the screen of the bike we bought, and they promptly replaced it within one week of us making a service call with a new one so very good customer service and follow up. We did a lot of research before buying our recumbent bike and found this store to have the best deal for the most professional equipment in Houston and the surrounding area.

Big thanks to Oscar for taking me on a tour of this facility. It was so big. I can’t believe the size of this place. I’m blown away - not to mention the exceptional quality of the machines you can tell they are set apart from other companies. They really up their game over their competition locally. It’s worth a trip over here. Their customer service is next level. They took me on a golf course to tour the facility. Definitely a five star experience. Ask for Oscar and Noel!!
