The customer service was excellent! Emily helped me with my design selections. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. She was not pushy and ensured I chose items I would enjoy. I definitely recommend Emily!

We frequent this Floor Decor, for the sole purpose that Heney is very knowledgable and personable. My husband purposely tries to stump Henry and Henry always has the answer. Henry always greets us with a warm smile and leads us to rhe right product and always recomnends the products that are best to our project. Henry is a great asset to Floor Decor.

I absolutely loved working with Jill in the flooring department! We could’ve seriously become friends — she was that kind and helpful. Even though she didn’t work in tile, she made it her mission to help me and my partner. We walked in with zero experience and were starting to lose hope, but Jill made everything come together perfectly. We took photos of the prices and hoped they would stay the same until we could return a week later. She mentioned that Floor & Decor would honor the photo price, and luckily the prices did stay the same — but I don’t doubt for a second that she would’ve helped us if they hadn’t. The only downside (which was not Jill’s fault) was that when it came time to load up, no one showed up to help. Maybe the “no tipping” sign has something to do with that — I honestly wouldn’t have minded tipping just to get a hand. Other than that, Jill made our whole experience amazing. If you go, ask for her — she’s the best!

This is a success story about an employee named Raquel. But first, it’s important to mention my initial encounter with the store staff. Like most people, I work all day, and couldn’t get by until 6p and they close at 7p. I walked in, overwhelmed by the selection. I went to this store because of the Designers that help guide you. I’m not the best with this stuff. I ask an employee up front for a designer. They inform me that they all left for the day. This same employee said with an attitude “We do close in an hour.” I almost walked out the door and went to Home Depot. But I figured I would look real quick before I left. While in the Tile Backsplash area, and feeling frustrated with the whole process, an employee named Raquel walked up and asked if I needed anything. I was probably a bit grumpy after my recent encounter with staff. But that didn’t deter her. So I asked a few questions, and she took her time, showed me my options, what was popular and a few tips about install. She was a 180 from the employee at the front. She was basically a Designer for me, except she didn’t leave before the store closed and helped me! I watched her give that same great service to two other people while I was in store. She was amazing. Floor and Decor needs more Raquel’s in their company. Give this girl a raise and a promotion. Shout out to the store manager, Weston. I told him this story, and he was very receptive and appreciative to hear this. He also already knew he had a star on his hands and praised her himself. Raquel is the reason I spent money at Floor and Decor and not Home Depot. I truly felt like she wanted my business and would do anything to help.
