We had a great experience working with Karen and the rest of the Usaj team. Karen was friendly and approachable, and she made us feel at ease as first time home buyers. She broke down the process for us in an easy to understand way, and she was very responsive. One of the most impactful things about working with Karen was her connections to other folks in the home space. She connected us with our home inspector, GC, HVAC, painters, and more, making an overwhelming process feel surprisingly easy. Just like in any other field, experience is gold. It is also true for real estate. That’s why out of several other realtors and realty teams I chose Arnold and the Usaj realty team to represent, negotiate, and fight in my behalf. I can’t recommend Arnold and the Usaj team enough. I have to thank Kate Hemingway- the transaction coordinator for my deal. She was very personable and efficient. Arnold has more than two decades of experience as a realtor in the Denver Metro area, which is apparent with how informed he is of the locations I was interested in for my first home. He was also flexible with my schedule and proactive with keeping me up-to-date with any changes or situations that concerns the deal. Most importantly, his expertise in negotiations was invaluable in getting me the best deal when dealing with the other party.

I loved working with Usaj Realty to get my new home. The process went smoothly and I was informed on the progress of my loan, closing date and move in date. Keegan and Jenny helped me with getting my mortgage and was by my side making sure I was getting things fixed before I bought my property. I never felt alone in this situation.
