This place will leave you feeling like a new person. All that incessant mind chatter, overthinking, stress and anxiety will clear out to make space for calmness, clarity, compassion and above all deep love for yourself and most importantly for others around you. Kadam Ricc is very welcoming and makes the meditations very easy to follow along for both new and experienced meditators. Classes usually have two guided meditations and teachings that are practical, but heart-based and tips on how to face life problems with a wise, balanced and happy mind. Suffering is inevitable, but this place will equip you with a strong mind that can handle most suffering with an open heart and clear wisdom. Highly recommend this jewel in the heart of Orlando :)

I feel this is a hidden gem in Orlando. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, donations are welcomed but not required and the environment is quiet and peaceful. Every time I have come to a class, I leave feeling like I have a better understanding of myself, the world around me and how to interact with it and others, in a way that’s more mindful and balanced. Regardless of faith, non faith or background this place is for everyone. I hope if you see this review you give it a try and may it be as transforming for you as it has been me.

This is honestly the only temple where I’ve attended, however it of course is a place where everyone is kind and loving. The teachings are full of wisdom and are taught with clarity and everyday practicality, and life long truths. There is some chanting at the beginning and the end, which at first (if you’re not used to it) can seem a bit strange, but every Sunday practice has at least one meditation along with the teaching. A wonderful place to practice.

Peaceful is the word that comes to mind each time I am headed to the center. I have gained knowledge in finding inner peace and happiness within myself and have been able to practice meditation. All are made to feel welcome here. Thank you for this experience, always.

Incredibly welcoming. Donations are suggested but not required. They sell plenty of books too if you'd like to learn more about Buddhism. I have loved coming here for the meditating but most of all the teachings are very impactful and I'm thankful to be a part of this.
