Valentina and her team are THE BEST in the business! So professional, detail-oriented, and she will advocate for you and your vision with your vendors. I've never planned or even helped with a wedding before, but with her guidance, I knew we were in amazing hands and that our event would be worth the money and travel for our guests. Additionally, she and her team managed to keep the wedding crashers out of our party. The wedding crashers showed up twice and her team was quick to escort them out with no drama. I didn't even know it happened until we had our recap at the end of the evening. My sister/MOH, who is a VERY picky customer, was commenting the next day at how impressed she was with Valentina and her team. If you want a wedding team that executes with grace, professionalism, calm, perfection, hire Valentina and her dream team. You will not regret it! Thank you, Valentina, for all that you have done! Hiring Valentina was, without a doubt, the best decision my husband and I made during our entire wedding planning process. From the moment we met her, we knew she was special. After interviewing multiple planners, she stood out instantly—not just because of her professionalism, attention to detail, and impeccable taste, but because of her warmth, kindness, and the uplifting energy she brings to every interaction. She didn’t just plan our wedding—she became our rock throughout the process, making everything feel effortless and exciting. One of the biggest ways Valentina went above and beyond was helping us choose our venue while we were still living in Philadelphia. Planning a wedding from across the country could have been overwhelming, but with her guidance, it felt seamless. She understood exactly what we wanted and personally toured venues on our behalf, giving us a virtual walkthrough and describing every detail with such clarity that we confidently booked our dream location without even seeing it in person first. And she was absolutely right—it was perfect. 5-Star Review for Valentina-Our Phenomenal Wedding Planner My husband and I can't say enough about Valentina! V went above and beyond from start to finish in planning and executing our dream wedding. Her experience within the industry was so clear from the moment we met her. She knew exactly how to navigate every part of the planning process, from managing timelines to recommending the best vendors. Being a first time fiancé (and now wifey🙂‍↔️), navigating the world of weddings is intimidating. V’s expertise in event planning and the wedding industry has essentially allowed us to work closely with other reputable vendors due to her strong relationships. And being able to work with this dream team of talented individuals helped us create the wedding of our dreams. What really sets V apart from other wedding planners is her creativity, love for design, as well as her dedication to her clients- When we were trying to figure out different design options, I told V what I had envisioned everything to look. Instead of taking the vision and running with it, she took it and then sketched out different table arrangements and flower design options on her own time for me to then choose from. It meant a lot to me to have a wedding planner that is not only so passionate about design, but one that goes above and beyond to make sure she could deliver something for me that was as close to how I wanted it to be. V was also brilliant about keeping in touch and communicating. My husband and I live in Seattle and had our wedding in San Diego and we needed a planner that was communicative and reliable. V always kept us informed in each step of the planning process and was transparent about what to expect while being very open-minded and receptive to our unique ideas as well. She always made sure we felt heard and understood and made us feel like our wedding was her number one priority. A few weeks leading up to the wedding, I was unfortunately involved in a car accident and as overwhelmed as any bride can be leading up to their big day, V thought of everything she could think of to lessen the stress I was feeling on my end. Because my hand was in a cast and I still needed to write my vows, V offered to print, cut, and glue our vows into our vow books for us on the actual day. And on the day itself, our venue had quite a number of problems, but at no point did Valentina even show that these issues were happening; calm and composed, she took everything in stride, and we literally had nothing to bother or worry about because she had everything covered. Valentina is professional and personable, organized, reliable with time management, and honestly the best wedding planner and friend we could’ve met in this industry. She is an absolute gem. My husband and I say all the time that she was the best investment we ever made for our wedding and if any future bride is looking for someone that goes out of their way and sees to it that everything is just the way you want it to be, then Valentina is the planner for you! We can’t recommend or thank her enough for all that she’s done for us.❤️❤️❤️

Valentina is the absolute best decision we made for our wedding. She brings an incredible energy and enthusiasm to the whole planning process while being extremely organized, efficient, and supportive. She has everything under control and makes a very stressful process manageable and straightforward. She also is an amazing wedding designer! She took our high level ideas and created a beautiful wedding - we trusted her with every decision and are so happy with how everything came together. Finally, she and her team were phenomenal during our wedding weekend. Everything went so smoothly - we never had to think about the details because we knew it was being handled. They are also a joy to be around and truly have your best interests at heart. We cannot recommend her enough!!
