Lap pool is kept at 79 degrees which is extremely cold. I had to join a different club for swimming.

Wanted to try out this gym and they don’t offer guest passes like literally every other gym in Stockton . lol the prices for a day or week pass are more expensive than 24 hour fitness which is kinda ridiculous

This gym was great until they started removing parts of the gym amenities you paid for when you got your membership without a formal notice them told you to upgrade your membership to use the amenities. A gym where you can't use the pool anymore, yet you you don't offer a membership where we just use the pool either? There goes my attempt to get better and recover from injuries by doing workouts in the pool. I returned to the gym after getting approval from my doctor the other day just to realize it's nothing that I can use here since I no longer get to use the pool without paying an upgrade fee first.

I had a really bad experience at this gym due to a member who completely lacked common sense. He grabbed the cleaning table and moved it closer to the mirror just so he could set up his phone and take videos! Because of this, I couldn’t even access the cleaning supplies to wipe down my mat. Not only was this inconsiderate, but it was also extremely inappropriate. Gyms should be a space for everyone to work out comfortably, not a personal filming studio. Sadly, this gym doesn’t have any policy about filming and they can do anything. Disappointing experience!

Great Gym facilities, nice equipment but there is something that I cannot pass otherwise it is a great gym: They provide some rags to “clean” the machines that everyone touches and I see the following issues with this practice: 1) It picks up the sweat of all the members 2) Not all members have personal hygiene (going to the bathroom and not washing their hands 3) The rag is already too wet from all the chemical spray into it, it is a bad feel on hands. 4) We are smearing all the above unto all the machines There are ways to address this situation, the staff claims that I am asking for a “towel” when in fact all i am asking is for good cleanliness of the equipment thus providing individual rags for each member to use to clean the equipment. If they address this predicament I would be more than happy to stay and support this business.
