My 4 year old cat ended up at the emergency room for his 3rd urinary obstruction. Valley vet was kind enough to squeeze us into their already full schedule to discuss a surgery that was recommended to us by other vets. Feeling like we had no other option - the doctor took time to explain the surgery to me in depth and what other options were available beyond what we have already tried. Not only did the doctor save us from spending thousands on a surgery but he also provided me with a wealth of information that other vets didn’t provide. I left feeling like the doctor truely had my baby’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend their facility!

The staff their are kind, courteous, and understanding. They are very helpful in helping to explain things if you don’t understand them. They have helped all four of my animals, two dogs (one of them a service animal) and two cats. I couldn’t imagine taking my animals to anywhere else.

this place literally saved my cats life today. i went to a pet emergency clinic today because my kitty got a uti blockage and his bladder was going to rupture without treatment, the emergency clinic tried charging me $5000+ to treat my kitty and turned me down because i couldn’t afford it, i called in to valley vet clinic and they were able to help me instantly giving my kitty the same treatment for $1300, a fraction of the price. my cat was going to die because i couldn’t afford treatment, and valley vet clinic helped my kitty no questions asked with affordable prices and quick care. they had so many happy people there today they reassured us and helped us find prescription food everything we could have needed to know to get my kitty the help he needed. they genuinely care about animals they were not about to let my cat suffer the way the emergency clinic was. i am so thankful and grateful to have found this place and receive the care i got today.

Incredible, best vet in the area. When the pet er was going to let my cat die from a urinary tract blockage if I couldn’t put 3700 out of 5000$ DOWN for an operation, these guys said bring him in we’ll get the entire thing done for 1-2000$, it ended up being 1300 total and we put 500 down. Explained everything clearly, took good care of my cat, and everything was taken care of in 3 days. CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

They have been great to our pets. We had a 5 year old corgi developing a limp last year and he ended up needing a FHO surgery to help him with the pain. The recovery period is taking a bit longer but the doctor has been doing free check ups for us over the past two months as he recovers. The staff is great there and really seem to care about your animals. Couldn't ask for more!
