Well, here I am again, which says everything about Valliani Jewelers. I made friends and they took care of me as such especially during my selection of my girl’s engagement ring. I already had chosen two to select from, when another wedding set caught the corner of my eye. That was it!! THE ONE RING! The others had halos around them. This did not. It was a center stone piece propped by delicately diamond-decorated prongs holding it up. The stone was absolutely brilliant just like my future wife. She’s my rock and she deserves to be seen with one as beautiful as this. It definitely says, “She’s mine!”. I took her to my hometown of San Francisco and proposed to her at my favorite childhood memory, Fort Point, underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. She said yes of course. When you find your soulmate, you want to spend the rest of your life with her. I am the most blessed man in this universe. I highly recommend asking for Yama as he truly epitomizes customer service. I highly recommend Valliani Jewelers for all your diamond needs especially the engagement rings.

I like the very attentive person who helped us. He listened and observed and with one swift move he got me exactly what I needed. That is called teamwork. I appreciate the feeling of being in the store. To the lady who was actually helping us took her time understanding and deliver. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Maryam. She was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me to find a cross for my chain. I have been looking for a specific cross for a while and we found the perfect one in your store today. Maryam also Assisted me in purchasing the perfect pair of Opal and diamond earrings for a graduation gift. Customer service is very hard to find nowadays. But Maryam really made your store shine today. I left a very satisfied and happy customer. Thank you.

I’m greatly satisfied by the excellent service that Lady Diana gave my sister & I on Saturday evening while shopping for black Friday. Her outstanding service provided us a remarkable shopping experience. I bought something special, like the chain for a pendant that I have had stored for so many years. Then I decided to also buy a matching sterling silver bracelet. Thanks Lady Diana for the outstanding service you gave my sister and me!!
