I wish I had a before picture. This bracelet means so much to me (my grandma gave it to me right before she passed) and after decades of use it broke, almost into 3 pieces. Josh recommended Paulino for the job and he did not disappoint. It's flawless. There are no seams and it's never looked so shiny in all my life. Every beautiful flower detail looks untouched. I visited Jared yesterday for a routine inspection on my wedding ring, and I’m SO HAPPY I did. Lucy immediately noticed that my diamond was coming loose and got it in for repair saying it would be ready for pick up today! When I returned, I asked about resizing a small ring I purchased last year from Jared. Jared workshop resized it on the spot and even had it polished to perfection. Looks like it did when I first bought it! 🤩 Throughout the entire experience, Lucy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made sure both I and my jewelry were taken care of with the utmost care. The entire team was courteous and efficient, and the turnaround time was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Thank you guys so much!!
