So far, so good! Discovered we had a few tiny friends that had entered my house through my mudroom and/or under my kitchen sink. It seemed to go from zero to ick very quickly when the weather turned colder. I think I may have inadvertently been feeding them, as I had some birdseed stored in my mudroom cupboard. Mistake #1. My dog/small animal huntress was doing a solid job of catching a few, but I could see a potential entry point between my foundation and the stucco on the side of my house. I wanted to make sure it and any other entry points were properly sealed off. Ian (?) came and surveyed the situation. He did a very thorough job. Talked me through what he saw, confirmed my suspicion of where they were getting in, and sealed it off. He also made friends with my pup. Since then, got about eight of the little critters, and now activity seems to have slowed way down. Glad I gave Valor a call!
We’ve used Valor for 3 yrs now. We pay a monthly fee & get serviced 4x/yr., plus other times if needed. When we first moved in to our home there was lots of various critters, but not anymore!! The products Valor uses are supposedly not hazardous to humans/pets. The crew is amazing. We typically have the same guys each visit, so they know the property and areas of concern. 👍
All the staff I worked with at Valor were great! After having a mouse problem, they were able to come to my home within two days. Their prices are reasonable and I was very pleased with eh work done. I definitely recommend!
We recently found our dogs brought home fleas, and with a newborn needed to find a resolve ASAP. Our initial treatment with Marcus was incredible and efficient. With the weather change and the heat coming back on, we saw an influx of the bugs again and needed a second treatment. Kyle was so kind and helped get into every space we could to ensure these would no longer be a problem in our home! Valor has been wonderful to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more!
