These guys were awesome! Not only did they get someone out to help fast, they had a great team who was knowledgeable and understanding. I’ve had some HVAC companies get pushy, this was not them. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to them in the future. They got us a new system at a great price all before a party we had that same weekend. Thank you for your help!

I used Value Air one other time and they were great. This time my entire AC needed to replaced. They gave me a fair price, worked me into their tight schedule, took outbold and installed new unit in attic and outside. We have new carpet and paint throughout the home. They were VERY clean, new unit in and running perfectly, we would never know they were there!! Thank you guys!

Ive had the opportunity to call on Value Air and Heat in the past and they did a very good job. Well two weeks ago I had a system fail and called on Matthew once again. He came right over, assessed the situation and I made the decision to replace the unit as I knew it was time based on age and previous ‘band-aids’ to keep the old system going. They were able to get the material and install the next day. Done, right? No! Within a week, a second system failure occurred. De’ja vu all over again. I called Matthew, the system was well past warranty, the part was going to cost nearly half the amount of a new system so, I bit the bullet and replaced that one too. Matthew’s crew, including Joey, David, Tyler and perhaps another man or two arrived by 7:00 a.m. and spent more than 13 hours in my attic replacing the second system in as many weeks. The outside heat temp has been well into the 90’s with an index in the triple digits. I’ve no doubt the attic was registering 130+. The men were respectful, courteous, hard-working, cleaned up perfectly, and absolutely crushed both installs. Guys like this, and companies like this are the backbone of America and the reason families like mine are able to sleep in comfortable homes at night. If you want or need a reputable, honest, reliable, hard-working HVAC company, look no further. I found them and highly recommend them to others throughout Pinellas County!
