I didn't know what to expect when I came here. I used to go to 7 Day tire across the street but they are pretty booked up and I need to get on the road pretty quick to LA. Skyler/ Isabel were great. And the manager Romal was great Perfect customer service I was shocked that you can literally drive up and say your car to do the oil change, which is great for somebody like me who likes to work on the road. They did an oil change. They checked my lights and they changed my oil filter. Didn't expect it to be cheaper than what I used to pay for and services was immaculate. I will definitely come back again.
Wife & I love visiting this Valvoline because I intentionally go there to harass the workers with jokes and I love to make them laugh. Romeo & Sklyer(a) and the crew were simply wonderful. They laughed, they smiled, and they joined in with us and we love it. Thanks for great customer service guys.

I was extremely impressed with the manager, Romeo, and his team at the Mack Road location. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything that was being looked at on my car, explained issues found such as lights that I had him replace, and additional services to consider on my next visit. The whole experience was quick and easy. This was my third visit to this location and was the best yet. Thank you Romeo and team!
As soon as I was guided into park I was greeted and welcomed ! The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable patient and kind. They explained everything to me giving me their honest feedback. The gentleman helping me in my station was extremely nice, I’m not sure which gentleman was working near my window but he was extremely helpful.
