Went to get my oil changed the other day. I had never experienced a drive-thru car maintenance service. It was actually really nice and they were quick. The customer service was great they let me know other things I may need in the near future overall Great experience I would go again.
Quick and excellent $73.43 for full synthetic and inspection (no tire rotation) using Groupon. Rolled in on a Monday a little before noon and immediately 3 guys started working on my car while another guy explained everything. I loved it. Felt like I was a Formula 1 driver stopping for a pit stop. Was done in less than 10 mins.
Great customer service!!! Been getting my oils changes at my dealership and my husband suggested to take my car to Valvoline. Lou i think he's the manager was so nice very helpful, friendly and my tech Viviana was great walked thru the whole process letting me know whats going on when my oil got empited and when they added the oil showed me it was topped off reset my car settings!! I was done within 30 mins including waiting for 1 car before me vs waiting 3 plus hours at the dealership. At the end of my service the whole staff says goodbye 👋 love that!!! ❤️ Great team work great staff will be coming back for my next oil change!! Bravo!!!
I definitely found my go to oil changing spot! I drove around for about 45 minutes going from one place to another, as soon as I pulled into Valvoline instant oil change, I was brought in by Viviana, who was amazing! Juana has the best hospitality, accompanied by their manager Lou! You can tell they have the best team atmosphere! Overall was a quick oil change, and was the first time I ever was able to sit in my car while this took place! I loved it and I’ll definitely be coming back! I had my taillights changed, along with my headlights and an oil change, the cost was super affordable! They deserve your vehicles, very trustworthy and hardworking! 🤍
