Caesar, Raymond, and another Latino gentleman (so sorry I forgot your name) just took care of me today in Bay 2 - these guys were the absolute BEST 🖤 I always come here instead of the dealership because of pricing, consistent quality and speed, and are NEVER pushy with me. I have car maintenance ptsd from other places and this location is always so patient with explaining things simply, never scaremongering me, and answering any of my questions putting me at so much ease. For example, today there was a potential concern over my transmission fluid, which ended up being fine and was a result of a particular color fluid being put in from the dealership (not valvoline) - but instead of having me wondering, Caesar took the time to explain to me his thoroughness and just triple checking to make sure the right fluid for my particular car was being put in. His detailedness and kindness really put my heart at ease 🫶🏼 you guys are the best!!!!!

Staff/team was friendly and went out of their way to check that everything worked in my car before i left. they offered services upgrades options which my car needed. I left feeling like they genuinely took care of me.

These guys are usually pretty great, but today I was going to get my tires rotated & Del really helped me out by saying they didn’t need it. He was also kind & polite. This has become my go-to oil change place.

Just went today, got my tires rotated and oil change for a great price, actually been going here the past 5 years, I honestly don't think I'm going anywhere else, cause they're friendly and quick and do a great job.

I needed a full synthetic oil change. bought a groupon for $65.39 and just had to pay taxes upon arrival ($9.16) to total $75. When I went in the afternoon around 3p, there were no cars and it took about 15 minutes. Cesar was super honest/upfront/easygoing. Asked if I wanted to do any other "recommended services" (that were notated on a printout they gave me) which I declined and moved on no hassle. Would go again and will always check groupon!
