About a year ago, I started going to Van Sports & Physiotherapy, and now feels like the right time to finally leave a proper review. From day one, I booked my sessions with Kim MacArthur, and over the past year, every visit has been genuinely enjoyable. The clinic has a calm, welcoming feel — it’s very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. Even the lighting is just right, which sounds small, but it really adds to the overall comfort of the space. What really stands out to me is that they don’t just do physiotherapy — they take the time to explain everything. Kim always explains what’s going on, why certain movements matter, and how each exercise connects to recovery. Sometimes she even uses the posters and diagrams on the walls to visually walk through what’s happening in your body, which makes a big difference. You feel informed, involved, and reassured. Kim herself is incredibly kind and professional. She often goes beyond what you’d expect, making sure you feel confident about the process and genuinely cared for. Every single time I leave a session, I feel better — not just physically, but mentally, knowing I’m progressing and in good hands. The staff overall are very friendly and welcoming. Even though I haven’t worked with all the physiotherapists there, you can clearly see how satisfied people are when they walk out of their sessions. I also booked a massage session with Colin, and he was extremely professional and skilled. The session was focused, effective, and tailored to what my body needed. Booking appointments is straightforward, availability is reasonable, and the waitlist system is helpful if you’re flexible during busy weeks. The clinic is well-equipped with proper rehab and sports equipment that supports mobility, stability, and long-term recovery — it’s not just basic treatment, it feels comprehensive. Overall, this has been a consistently positive experience for over a year. I trust the care I receive here, I enjoy coming back, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
