Sabina definitely took the time to get to know my issues asking me all the important questions while keeping us on track to be able to get to some hand physiotherapy. She was very intentional and able to address all my problems even diagnosing me in our first session coming up with a treatment plan that I agreed to. A truly incredible experience from start to finish! Veronica was patient and went above and beyond to help arrange an appointment. Shirley was kind and very knowledgeable as she explained everything when helping my daughter with her broken hand. Daniela’s assistance with extended health and ensuring all was taken care of was greatly appreciated as well.
