I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée from here, and the service we received was truly exceptional. We visited a few other jewelry stores, but none made us feel as welcome as this one. From start to finish, they guided us through the entire process with transparency about price and quality, and they were incredibly patient. We never felt rushed at any point. We designed a custom ring, and at every stage we were shown detailed renders and a wax model so we could make adjustments along the way. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and the final price was very reasonable for the quality we received. Thank you so much, Esther and Peter, for going the extra mile for us. Thank you and Wow! What great service. Walked in looking for an engagement ring, left feeling confident and taken care of. Made the process very simple, explained and educated me on Diamonds, and gave me a coffee + nice chat. Marlene was awesome, very sweet and I'm glad I stopped here first. Resized within 24 hours as well. Kept me updated throughout the ordering process on an ETA. Genuinely nothing bad to say about these people. Will be recommending to everyone going forward! Vandenbergs is absolutely the best jewelry store in Winnipeg, without a doubt! The quality, professionalism, and customer service is outstanding. Ask for Esther, I assure you nothing but kindness, respect and results. My wife and I had custom wedding rings designed and the outcome outstanding, we couldn’t be happier. I surprised my wife with a custom 1 carat princess cut, suspended blue sapphire engagement ring. It’s simply jaw-dropping, my wife gets complimented every single day. You can’t go wrong !!

I was so impressed with this store! I went to get my rings soldered together and their prices are so fair and transparent. The work they did was great and I'm so happy with the result! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and they have lovely jewelry. I only wish I had known about them when I bought my wedding rings!

The service I received from Peter and Esther was beyond what I could have even hoped for as a new ring was lovingly and patiently designed and crafted from many pieces of jewelry that were just sitting in my jewelry box.
