Such friendly staff and great grooming at Vanity Fur! Our cocker spaniel Louie has built a special bond with groomer Misty who without fail always gives Lou the best haircut while making him feel loved throughout the process! Thank you for making him feel so comfortable and at home.

I take my Boston Terrier puppy here and they do a fantastic job every time. He's a very excitable boy so it's impressive they are able to get everything done so well. I can hardly get one toenail trimmed at home before he goes nuts. You can tell they have a ton of experience here with how well they handled my crazy boy. He comes home calm and smelling so good!

We have a very sweet 8-year-old Cocker Spaniel with chronic skin, ear, eye and back problems so severe his last groomer refused to keep seeing him. We explained the situation before our first visit to Vanity Fur, and have now taken him there a few times. While we’ve been truly grateful they’re willing to take him, he hasn’t gotten the most thorough groomings. We know his skin is challenging, but they never seemed to trim his nails short enough, and his paws were often left with too much fur. This is undesirable, as it’s a slipping hazard and he has a bad back. But, again, because we were so grateful they were willing to groom him, we’ve been returning. Not anymore. He was groomed just last week and, when we picked him up, we were told they believed him to have such a bad ear infection they wouldn’t see him again until it’s resolved. Our dog has recurring ear infections, and we clean and treat his ears daily. But, as diligent dog owners, we took him to the vet that very same day for yet another round of stronger antibiotics to be sure his ears would be improved before his next grooming. Today we got a knock on our door from an animal control officer, who was acting on an anonymous tip. While we have no way of knowing, we believe it was this groomer who reported us. We welcomed the officer into our home to see that we provide a clean and loving environment for our dog. We showed the officer all the medications and supplies for his skin, ear, eye and back treatments and explained that we’ve spent that last couple of years visiting specialty vets, trying limited ingredient diets, bathing him frequently, etc. The officer was satisfied within moments, but the offense I took to this incident will stay with me forever. We’ve spent thousands of dollars caring for our beloved dog and his chronic conditions, but not another penny of that money will be given to Vanity Fur. I understand and admire animal lovers acting in the best interest of our pets, but we went out of our way to explain our dog’s situation to Vanity Fur, put his care in their hands, and they betrayed that trust. I strongly caution you to beware before bringing your pet with any kind of special needs to this place, as they may end up accusing you of not taking proper care of your dog.

We were traveling through the area and had only one day for our Shih Tzu to get groomed. They had good reviews, so I gave them a call. They did everything they could to accommodate us. We got there easily and checked in. They were very busy. Cez made sure to understand what kind of groom we wanted and even showed us lengths. They were so good with the dogs. Reece loves other dogs, so I’m sure he had a great time with the other pups waiting. We picked him up two hours later. We LOVED the cut and he seemed so happy! Thanks so much Cez! We highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Cez. They always take such amazing care of our sweet old boy Kershaw (Border Collie Mix), and he comes home looking and feeling fantastic every time. It's clear they truly love what they do, and I appreciate the extra effort they put into making the experience stress-free. Cez usually does Kershaw’s grooming (including nail trims) but today Misty groomed Kershaw for the first time. Also impressed by Misty’s care. Thank you to Cez’s team for making Kershaw look and feel good. 💜 So happy Vanity Fur is in our neighbourhood.
