Harlan was great to work with. He knows all the ins and outs of real estate and helped my wife and I through the whole process of buying our diamond in the rough seamlessly. Harlan has been at this a long time and has numerous contacts he was more than willing to share with us to get our house move in ready. We needed the chimney repaired. Harlan knew a guy who could do it. We needed the kitchen remodeled. Harlan had a guy for that too. It really felt like one stop shopping. Most importantly though, Harlan was a strong advocate for us and looked out for our interests.
