I came here to get my gold chain repaired and the owner Salim, has amazing customer service. Extremely kind and positive. Very appreciative of his help. He cleaned all my other jewelry and fixed my chain which is now in great condition. I definitely recommend this place for any jewelry repair or cleaning:)

Salim and Gamal were very knowledgeable and professional! They are skilled with a wide variety of watches, including G Shock which require waterproofing for the battery. I would recommend if you're in Orleans and need a battery replacement or watch repair!

As a local Orleans jewelry store, Vantage Jewelers surpassed my expectations (customer service and overall pricing). I decided (on Thursday) to get three of my watches fixed. The service was exceptional! Salim (the owner) was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is clear that the store wants to building strong and long-lasting relationships with its customers. I’m truly amazed by the efficiency and rapid service delivery (my watches were fixed in less than 24 h, as in today)! You’ll never find a jewelry store with such kindhearted staff - and unique pieces! I will definitely recommend this store to my family and friends! Supporting local businesses is something we should all strive to do.
