My overall experience at this gym has been mostly positive. The people are friendly, the hours are great, and there’s a lot of equipment available. However, there are a few ongoing issues that are hard to ignore. Over the past week (5/4/26–5/8/26), the gym failed to open at 4 AM multiple times, leaving 20–30 people waiting outside. Someone did eventually arrive 10–15 minutes later to open up, and I understand occasional mistakes happen, but when people build their schedules around early morning workouts, it creates a major inconvenience. Another issue is equipment maintenance. The gym installed a lot of brand-new equipment back in February, which was a great improvement, but many of the older machines now desperately need attention. To put it simply: why remodel the house if the foundation is cracked? A lot of the problems seem minor and fixable. Several machines just need basic maintenance and tightening. Both overhead press benches wobble far more than they should. The leg extension and leg curl machines feel loose and uneven to the point that I personally avoid using them. Most of the cable attachments are heavily worn down, with missing or loose rubber grips, and some handles are damaged on one side while the other side is fine. The swimming pool is a nice feature for the price, but if you swim underwater with goggles on, the cleanliness becomes questionable very quickly due to the amount of debris floating around. The sauna also frequently struggles to get hot, sometimes only reaching around 130°F. My girlfriend says the women’s locker room is nice, but the men’s shower area is consistently dirty. That said, there’s still a lot this gym does really well: Excellent hours Three full dumbbell sets Six dual-pulley cable machines Multiple duplicates of major equipment Dedicated squat/deadlift room Plenty of plates available Large variety of machines Clean weight area 40+ cardio machines that seem reliably maintained Relaxed front lounge/study area Friendly gym community This place has the potential to easily be a 5-star gym if management addresses the maintenance and cleanliness issues. Right now, though, I’d give it 2 stars as-is.
