I’m a mom of 3 and a teacher. I’m busy, stressed, and tired! I haven’t worked out regularly in 12 years, since before kids. My friend convinced me to try a class a Core10, saying “In the most loving way, the laziest person I know just did their x-hundredth class, so I think you can handle this.” LOL ok intrigued. So no joke, after trying ONE class the hip issue I’ve had since my first pregnancy was GONE. I could sit on the floor and play with my kids again. WHAT IS THAT WORTH?!! I bought a class pack to make sure I’d actually go before committing to a membership. I’m going 3x per week at 5am (chronic night owl here) and I’m actually excited to go, literally rationing my passes because I want to go every day! I’ve never felt this stable in my core with what feels like little effort. Don’t get me wrong. The workouts are HARD. I can’t finish them… yet. But I say little effort because the mental load is OFF (re: teacher and mom- this is huge). I just show up and do what I’m told. In the BEST way. The classes are small and intimate and fun, the coaches adjust my form as needed, the other ladies & gents are helpful and friendly and encouraging, and it doesn’t take 15 extra minutes to park, walk through a huge gym and check in. It’s small and quick and a full body workout that never gets boring. Also I don’t feel the same soreness I get with weights, yoga, running, etc. I feel safe- like I can’t possibly hurt myself. Idk. It’s just life changing.
I love core10 Pilates. If you are someone new getting into workouts or trying to gain some strength or balance and I would recommend this place 1000% percent. I have started around July, the amount of progress I have made so far is incredible. The trainers are amazing especially Wendy does great job of keeping the workouts balanced throughout the session. They guide you throughout the session. Every month they change the routine and it gets easier and harder at the same time. I wish I found this place sooner.
Loving reformer Pilates! Julie is such a wonderful instructor, helped me feel so comfortable with learning something new as a “mature” woman. Classes are challenging in a good way and the staff and clients are such a great community. Loving my new exercise adventure at Core10!!
I’ve been coming to core10 since August. I absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing, engaging, and helpful. The owner is so responsive and educative! The workouts are challenging AND there are always ways to make it work if you need to level down. There are amazing meal plans that have helped me stay focused on eating great food and feeling amazing. There are challenges within the group where we help keep each other accountable! Lastly, this is a place that keeps giving! The core10 community works to give back to others in omaha!!! I love core10 and I’m excited to keep getting in shape!
This studio has changed my life! The trainers are so incredibly motivating and challenge me to give my best every time I come. They are committed to making our time we spend there filled with positive high energy and fun! The members are so welcoming and supportive that it truly feels like a second family I have come to cherish and love! . At 53, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life.
