If you have not had the opportunity to speak with David Garcia about getting a mortgage loan for the purchase of your home or to refinance, you simply are just settling for 2nd best. David Garcia is one of the hardest working lenders that I know. He puts the time, effort, and sacrifice in to ensure the Clients feel comfortable and confident. Many lenders have moved to automated systems and not engaging with the consumer base. However, David still makes the call and makes the drive to add that extra level of service. He has met my clients both late in the evening as late as midnight and as early as 4 am in the morning to fulfill his obligations and certain requirements. that were vital to the success of the loan. There Keys-On-Time program is a Gold Medal Winner in my book. If you are buying a home and you have not heard of a Keys-On-Time, stop what you are doing and call to ask for David Garcia. Our clients have saved thousands of dollars by having this product. More important than the financial savings is the ability to acquire your dream home. I heard so many cries from the buyer, real estate agent, and lending community when everyone was submitting against multiple offers. That wasn't the case for me and my team. In working with David, it feels good to know there are people still out there that care. How do you not love this guy? He's been nothing short of amazing. We had a client that opened escrow on a 17 day escrow, that filed their income taxes the same day we opened...not only did David meet the timelines but was ready to close in 14 days (our client was an actress that won an Emmy the week of closing so the 17 days worked out )
