I’m shocked by how comfortable Dr. Do is neglecting her patients. My cat was seen for urinary issues and stones. Dr. Do sat on abnormal lab results for 9 (NINE) days and couldn’t take 10 minutes to call me and prescribe much-needed antibiotics. I called the clinic twice during those nine days and was told both times that she would be reaching out soon. She never did. I eventually had no choice but to escalate the issue, and she STILL didn’t call me until nearly 5PM that day. By that point, I had already switched my cat’s care to Dr. Pietro at Venetian’s sister hospital in Murieta. He promptly ordered the antibiotics after seeing her lab results. Dr. Do only called to “apologize” and say “there is no excuse.” Obviously there isn’t. For nine days I gave Dr. Do the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe she was sick or dealing with a family emergency. Nope. She just lacks professional ethics and showed zero urgency while my cat ran around with a raging UTI for nine days. Absolutely ridiculous, I do not recommend her at all. The rest of the staff was really sweet as always.
I love the vets and staff at Venetian, they make you feel like the truly care about your pets. When our golden retriever was diagnosed with cancer Dr. Tracy did an amazing job on the 1st round of surgery, but she was injured and Dr. Sam took over. Dr. Sam went above and beyond to help, he was fully invested in giving our baby the best shot at fighting the aggressive cancer, we knew we were on borrowed time. I believe that Dr. Sam is the reason we got a several more months with our boy.
I had a fabulous experience at this practice. My cat had been suffering through dermatitis and her issue was solved immediately! The prior vet just collected as much money as possible and my cat never recovered. The staff are professional and friendly and are interested in helping your pet, not emptying your wallet.
Venetian Pet Hospital always gives excellent care to my pets. The staff from the front desk staff to the back office and the grooming team are all very helpful and friendly. Dr. Tracy is an excellent veterinarian she explains everything to you about what is going on with your dog or cat. They will give you an itemized care plan before they proceed to make sure you agree with the treatment. I would recommend the office to anyone who wants good quality care for their pets. They take bunnies too and exotic pets.
Venetian Pet Hospital always takes fabulous care of Cooper when he comes in for any treatments, vaccinations or just for a check up. They treat him with gentleness and patience. They are a Great team. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby.
