Jim from Vermin Control Glasgow was amazing. He came out to visit us very quickly out of working hours and did a very thorough search to determine the route of our suspected rat problem. Heard some noises in the attic, called Jim and he came out the same day. He found we had mice and he very quickly dealt with them (thanks Jim!). Communication was great (texted to let me know he was en route, came when he said he would etc), very professional service and very reasonably priced. Jim was very very helpful and supportive regarding my garden shed rat problem. He came out the same day I phoned him, investigated the problem and started to deal with it then and there. Jim was an absolute life saver. We had a severe problem with rats in our loft. Jim came out really quickly and sorted the problem for us. Nothing at all was a bother for him, he helped put my mind at ease and came out on numerous occasions, setting traps and blocking up possible entry holes. I would definitely recommend Jim, really great guy.
