I reached out to Grigory on the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did. The entire Vesta Preferred team was amazing in helping us find our new home. They gave us weekly status updates and helped us feel like the process was moving. They were always available to answer questions and provided several great recommendations and contacts during the home-buying process. It felt like every team member we encountered was excited to work with us and wanted to help. They made buying our first home such an easy experience!

Julia Thompson is an incredible real estate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about Chicago's real estate market and helped me purchase my first investment property. She was very thorough during our walk throughs of many many properties. She helped me narrow my focus on the type of property I wanted to purchase and gave honest insights on the good, the bad, and the ugly when purchasing a property. There was absolutely no feeling of being pushed even though the process took us 6-8 months to find the perfect location. She was always on my side and an excellent negotiator when it came down to initial offers and getting concessions from the seller, which in my case were SIGNIFICANT! Whether it's your first home or you are adding to a portfolio, Julia has got you covered 100% of the way.

Lina and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. They struck the perfect balance of being professional and personable — always kind, attentive, and responsive. Even when Lina was busy, someone from her team would reach out right away to make sure I was taken care of. I never once felt like I was asking a stupid question; they made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Lina is not only incredibly good at what she does, she’s also funny and so easy to talk to. I’m a very casual person, and I always felt like I could be myself around her. She was sweet and understanding, but also fierce when it came to advocating for me. She steered me away from places that weren’t a good fit and fought for me when it mattered most. Every person on her team, and every professional she recommended, was outstanding. They all guided me with care — holding my hand through the process without ever making me feel like a child. It’s been a big year of changes for me, and Lina truly was a bright light through it all. I’m so grateful I found her.
