Great atmosphere in the middle of the square! Food was meticulously prepared and the owner walked us through each dish as to how it was prepared. You could even see it done through the glass by the entry. Very flavorful and every bit as to how it was described! Perfect for special occasions and fancy dates alike!

Always a great meal here! The bread is AMAZING, vodka pasta is my go too. Wait staff did an amazing job tonight, Rebecca and trainee Ariel were fabulous. Thanks for the chocolate creme brûlée recommendation, my new fav dessert.

We were a party of eight to dine before seeing Hamilton at 8pm. We had reservations at 5:30pm. Imagine my surprise when Chef Christian Pietoso himself opened the door for us and shook our hands! We were seated upstairs. Our server, Priscilla, was attentive, gracious, and on-the-ball explaining everything and getting our meal timed perfectly so as not to be rushed before the show. Chef Christian came by again during our meal to see how everything was tasting. Nice touch. I am an avid picture taker usually, but because we had a large group, I didn't want to be weird and take pics of everyone's meals. Suffice it to say that everyone in our group loved their food and drinks. It is so great that they offer half orders of their dishes, so we enjoyed many items on the menu. Personally, we ordered the Gnocchi, the Short Rib Pappardelle, and the Chicken Milanese. The gnocchi is a must order, the short rib pappardelle had so much succulent meat, and the Milanese was perfectly cooked and garnished with a generous amount arugula, tomatoes, and vinaigrette. All the plates were empty at the end of the meal. It's been a while since we have eaten at Via Vite (we usually go to Nicolas and Forno), but after this experience, we will return more often. Highly recommend, especially if you are going to see a show. They have the timing perfected.

We had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server, Priscilla, was top-notch—so warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They were also able to accommodate my gluten allergy with delicious gluten-free pasta, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

We went there to celebrate my birthday. The hostess got us seated at the bar immediately. We had the grilled artichokes for an appetizer. They were delicious and so tender that you could eat every bite. My wife ordered the braised short rib pappardelle, and I ordered the spaghetti chitarra crab sugo with real crab meat. We ordered the half-sized portions along with some focaccia. Both were delicious, and my wife even had some left over to box and take home. My wife ordered the caramel sea salt gelato, and the staff brought be a birthday card and a complimentary vanilla gelato. Both were creamy and delicious. The pasta is made in-house, and it was an experience to watch their talented chef making ravioli right before our eyes. The hostesses and the two women behind the bar were very friendly. This will definitely warrant a return visit
