Left a scratches on my driver side. Dryer did nothing at all. Wash did not clean very well. No towel dry service offered

Vibe carwash was a experience to remember and recommend to others that take pride in their ride. Customer service and all members of the crew at the spring creek location in plano tx had smile's on there faces and was performing more then professional if we were up to me the whole crew will get a $1,000 raise that's how much I enjoyed their service and appreciate them. Not only that the products they use I don't know what they're putting in the water but Jesus Christ my ride is shining looking good and it has me feeling great on this sunny day!!!!!

I have been using this carwash for years, always using basic wash to my satisfaction. Now I am really disappointed in the new ownership. This is how my car looks today after spending $10 on the basic wash. Time to find a new place.

CORTLAND was an extremely nice & helpful, I later found out he was actually the manager. I love vibe & have been coming to this cash wash spot for over a year now!! They’re clean, friendly, always washing the towels while everyone is vacuuming. Oh did I mention FREE VACUUMING!!! Always worth the time to stop at VIBE CAR WASH!!

Came in here to get a car wash and we paid for the Diamond ceramic for in their website says $39.99when we pulled up to the kiosk it was $25.99. A little bit disappointed as you can see in the pictures. The car came out with a lot of smudges. It seem like I pay for the $10 wash instead of $25.99. Employees were extremely nice no problem with the service. the wash ,the vacuums don’t have enough power so you have to go over and over and over in certain areas of your car. They only provide glass Cleaner and damp towels, overall, I will not be coming back.
