We had the pleasure of partnering with Vibrant Table for our company’s annual holiday party in December, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience – especially considering it was our first time working together and the timeline was very short. With very little notice, the Vibrant Table team worked tirelessly to transform a completely blank space into the most beautiful and magical winter wonderland. From managing the catering and bartenders to fully stocking the bar and delivering stunning, wall-to-wall décor, their planning and execution truly elevated the entire event and brough the space to life. Every detail was thoughtfully executed – from the centerpieces and table arrangements to the overall ambiance. Everything was flawless, and honestly, we couldn’t have imagined anything better. The team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, both leading up to the event and on the day itself. The food was exceptional, and our employees are still talking about the dessert spread – it was a standout highlight of the evening! Although this was our first time partnering with Vibrant Table, it certainly won’t be out last. We’re already looking forward to our 2026 holiday party and will absolutely be working with them again. We highly recommend Vibrant Table to anyone looking to create a truly memorable event.

My wedding day was made that much better by the food and service Vibrant Table provided. My immediate family including myself has celiac and I was nervous before we found Vibrant Table. They were wonderful to work and let me tell you, the food was delicious! I mean wow, I didn't know catering could be so good! They were excellent with working with the venue, the table settings were gorgeous and they worked super efficiently behind the scenes. Everything felt so seamless from the Appetizers to the cake cutting!

We used Vibrant Tables for my son’s rehearsal dinner and couldn’t be happier. Stephanie stayed in touch throughout the planning process, which was especially helpful since we live in Upstate NY. The food was absolutely delicious, served warm and right on time. Dietary restrictions were carefully followed. Highly recommend for any special event!

Really good food, good variety of meals proposal, tasty & healthy. For our event made on multiple days, we try a lot of different meals : breakfast, tacos bar, vegetables crudites, chicken, cauliflower steak... and it was absolutely delicious and tasty. Made with fresh ingredients. The preparation of our event was simple with Stephanie. They are really flexible to make our event a success. Thanks to all of your team!

I was fortunate enough to have Vibrant Table be the contracted caterer at an event space I was using for an 80th birthday party. As you know, most event spaces have a contracted caterer and you can't bring in anyone else. Well, my guest of honor wanted BBQ for her 80th birthday party and so I sent what we would have ordered from her favorite BBQ place to Vibrant Table and they created an amazing buffet for us. When I tell you that the brisket might be the best I've ever had...I still think about it. Everyone RAVED about the food. The mac and cheese, all the salads and the meats were so delicious. We had a great partner using the VT2U option and they blew our minds. If you get to pick a caterer, choose Vibrant Table. If you're lucky enough to have them as your space's contracted caterer fear not, you are in good hands and your food will be amazing.
