Found some great deals and some bottles to tuck away. Be aware: I was asked to leave my bag at their desk. I politely refused being it isn't a large one and offered them the ability to check it before I left.

This Portland gem has an amazing selection of German Rieslings, a good selection of French wines/champagnes, and others, like Italian wines and port. I was suprised to find some old wines there. The staff was extremely helpful. Both the wines that I bought check out to the average price on Vivino - about $50 each. German Riesling: J.B. Becker, Eltviller Sonnenberg Riesling Spätlese 2008 French Bordeaux: Château Bel-Air Lagrave, Moulis-en-Médoc 1988

As a sales professional, I have seen every walk of life. Kind, rude and everywhere in between. The owner of this shop was the most unprofessional human I have ever met. Angrily rude when I tried to meet him with professionalism. He went as far as to yell at me to leave when I was answering one of his questions. The way you treat people matters. This person should never be rewarded with your business. If you value basic human decency I would highly recommend staying away from this shop. I would never write this review unless it was 100% honest and accurate.

The scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had. They were so fluffy and flavorful. The ham and cheese croissant was perfect too. Wine excellent! Service excellent! Atmosphere is warm and friendly. I'd give it more stars if it was an option.

We shopped here today for the first time. We were enthusiastically welcomed by a warm sales associate, who -- we later learned -- is Michelle. (Love her!) However, while we shopped no one asked us if we needed assistance. For me, I'm mostly okay with that, as I know enough to generally help myself. I found prices to be competitive and mostly wallet friendly. We found what we were looking for, ultimately, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged on the sales floor. At checkout, Michelle was the best! Eager to help us find something we didn't find, and so sweet and personable. She's a treasure!
