Don't bother going to the sale events, just been to the Manchester one. It's plagued with resellers that barge you out the way and horde the good bits. Awful experience

Edit: they got back to me and refunded me the missing item. They sounded genuinely sorry for the lack of communication and stated this issue hasn’t happened before, so I guess I was unlucky! bought a few items from here before and everything was fine. Bought a few items recently and one wasn’t in the package upon arrival. Because the packaging is made out of paper it’s easily ripped. I understand it’s great being environmentally friendly, until it compromises the products. When I got my package it had a big hole in it and one item was missing. After I filed a claim with Royal Mail the company refused to refund me for the missing item. Previously would have rated this company 5/5 but a very bad experience and I’m down £28! Will not be shopping here again.

The selection of clothing is epic and all at a good price. Reason for 2 stars is there was a guy on the till with a yellow baseball cap and a mullet who was serving, started the transition and just walked off to chat to his mates leaving us all in the line just standing waiting! Shocking customer service!!!! Apart from that it’s a 5/5
