Everyone at VIO Med Spa was so lovely! It was my first experience getting lip filler to treat my uneven thin lips, and not only did the clinic offer to put me on a waiting list, but they got me into an appt the very same day! Tran is a total sweetheart, and is very personable with her patients. She took the time to make sure any question I had was answered, and she also listened to my exact lip goals and went above and beyond to achieve that and more (she also recommended a lip flip due to my situation, which we did right then and there too). I had the absolute best experience, and I couldn't recommend this clinic enough. And cherry on top, the results are amazing!! I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here!

What a treat that was!!! My first hydrofacial left my skin GLOWING!!! Tatiana was so professional, thorough, yet super gentle and explained everything. I absolutely felt pampered and spoiled. Totally recommend this treatment with her!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This place just recently opened up a couple of blocks away from my house and I was excited to try it out because my usual spot is a bit of a drive. However, I was super disappointed with the vibe of the front desk staff. When people are paying thousands of dollars for services, you might not want to hire sullen, gen Z front desk staff who act annoyed by your questions and barely speak either because they don't want to be there or because they don't know much about the services. They did all have very nice skin though. Unfortunately, my experience was unwelcoming and I won't be booking any services there.

Have been coming to this spa since their opening and their team is always welcoming and friendly! I primarily use them for Botox/juveau and hydrafacial services. Tron is the absolute best as she sincerely cares about your comfort and beauty goals.

I had an incredible experience today! I went in for a consultation and came out feeling great because I decided to start my journey!!! Zhanna my injector was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in the process. I can’t wait to tell my friends and family! Zhanna and her team were phenomenal! I highly recommend them!
