I had my first-ever microneedling treatment today at VIO Med Spa Durham with Blythe and the VIO team, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained so clearly and thoughtfully, which meant a lot as someone new to microneedling and dealing with adult acne. I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire treatment. The process was comfortable, professional, and done with so much attention to detail. Even immediately after my appointment, my skin already feels cared for and refreshed, and I’m so excited to see the results over the coming weeks. If you’re considering microneedling, especially for the first time, I can’t recommend VIO Med Spa Durham enough. I’ll absolutely be back! Highly recommend their membership!

My friend and I went out on a whim for a girls day. This was my first time getting a facial and my aesthetician was wonderful. She allowed me to talk about my skin concerns and gave me recommendations on what I should do and types of products to look for. The experience was relaxing and yet informative. She was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the product bought after doing more research was overpriced for what. Needed and I found a few other med spa that do this and their product line was waaay less expensive. With that being said I understand all sales are final and I made the decision to purchase without checking around first. Impulse and mainly because the young lady was so good I wanted to support as I know sometimes these places make their money off of add ons and memberships. I would recommend this place to others I would just air on the caution side with the products as they are very expensive.

I have been a member since they opened but on and off, it has been nice to see they are able to cancel and restart as needed since many places with memberships can be hard to pause. I’ve always received amazing facials with fabulous estheticians. I’ve been seeing mercy for about a year and she is professional and talented. I’ve tried all of their facials (personal fave is glo2) and had microneedling (with mercy) and my skin has changed in amazing ways. I’ve also had tox, fillers and a lip flip - all great experiences with very good results. The manager is kind and I am positive that if I ever had a negative experience, she would be able to professionally and empathetically correct the situation.

I’ve been seeing Mercy for about 5 months now and every visit is such a great experience. She is so skilled and makes the facial incredibly relaxing. I always walk out feeling refreshed and my skin looks so glowy. My husband even enjoyed it too. I highly recommend her!
