Camille's team was great!! Arrived within the agreed timeframe, very friendly and professional, and did an incredibly thorough cleaning of our home (very dirty, post-construction). We are very pleased and will use them for regular biweekly cleaning.

I’ve just started using this service bi weekly. They’ve come three times thus far. They were highly recommended by my neighbor and so far they’ve lived up to the hype. My request for cleaning services include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms and kitchen cleaning. I do not ask for bed making, laundry, window washing or dishes (dishwasher loading or unloading). Simone and Valeria come for two hours and I’ve been very happy with the thorough cleaning they’ve done for me so far. They are also very lovely and personable people. I have a sweet, old husky mix and they are both dog lovers; one of them also has a beautiful husky dog, so that was a nice ice breaker. Communication is also very good. I get text reminders they are coming a couple days prior and emailed receipts immediately afterward. I’ve gotten follow up to be sure I’m happy with the service. My scheduling was a bit bumpy the first time, but Alex called me and together we worked out a day and time that worked for me and he made things right for that first scheduling mishap. So A+ for customer service. In summary, I’ve been very pleased with VIP Maids.

Just had our first time cleaning with Vip Maids today after our long time, housekeeper of 25 years became ill and could no longer work for us. 😥 Victoria & Simone came to our home and I just can’t say enough kind things about them. They were highly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on a couple of areas that I was having trouble with myself. They did an outstanding job and followed everything to the letter in the 3hrs. they were here. Our original housekeeper we’ve always thought of as family. She was exceptional having big shoes to fill so I had been very nervous about finding someone. Victoria & Simone absolutely fit that bill. I very much appreciated Alex listening to what was most important to us and being very clear and concise as to what we could expect. His communication is A+ along with his professionalism. Don’t make a mistake and go with someone else, choose Vip Maids I know I was not disappointed at all, and I don’t believe you will be either. This is a very true review coming from a very satisfied homeowner.

I had an amazing experience with this cleaning service! Gabriela and Valeria came to my home to do a deep clean in my high-traffic areas — including the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway — and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed everything in less than two and a half hours, and the results were spotless. They brought all of their own equipment, which made the whole process so easy. I was able to just sit back and relax while they worked, and they kept me informed along the way, asking questions when needed and making sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it. I also want to highlight how helpful and organized Alex was in scheduling and coordinating the service. The level of communication and professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. I’m already looking at my calendar to book my next appointment — I’m so happy I found this team! Highly recommend.
