"PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE" Hello im here to give more context on this so everyone can understand. The staff here is really nice and 69$ for the work I had done is cheaper than the 100$ I paid at "ubreakifix" and they reached out and apologized and i really appreciate that and offered to repair my pc again. But heres the facts 1.Several screws where missing inside my laptop after this repair which i only found out about once taking it to "ubreakifix", 2 it took them 2 weeks to do becuase i refused to pay the overpriced expediting fee and wanted to give them more time to fix it the reason i bring this up is becuase ubreakifix fixed it in 2 days same repairs no expedition fee needed and they fixed all the problems caused by the exssive amount of thermal paste that was applied which I only found out from the techs at ubreakifix explaining to me how much electric damage was done from the paste spilling over and parts that needed replacing. Even tho they offered to fix it again why would I wanna wait 2 weeks again for work that i have been scorned by i hate that it had to be like this but even tho yall watch your techs do repairs that doesn't change the facts of what happened the quality of the work is all i care about and my customer trust is broken. 7 months ago I brought in my Predator Triton 500 SE laptop for simple maintenance all I asked was that new thermal paste be applied to CPU and thermal pads on GPU be changed out. I didn't pay for expedition of the work so they could have longer to make the repair. So about 2 weeks later I get it back with it smelling like thermal paste no big deal to me at the time. Well 7 months later CPU starts hitting 90-100 degrees again so this time I took to "ubreakifix" and they called me today and told me there was way to much thermal paste on the CPU to the point where it leaked out and got on a bunch of internal parts that now needed full replacement. But "ubreakifix" was able to fix it for only 100$ and now it runs better than ever. Just go to "ubreakifix

I’ve been trusting the team at Virgil’s Computers for years. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and reliable. I was having issues with my email account and Sam took the time to assist me in recovering my email account. I he did this without charging me. I highly recommend Virgil Computers for all of your computer needs.

I had the worst luck with a stubborn virus that managed to slip past my existing Microsoft security. I was so stressed, but a huge thank you goes out to the team at Virgil Computers for coming to my rescue! They were incredibly efficient and quick in removing the virus. Beyond just the fix, they took the time to do a full cleanup of my hard drive. Today, they patiently walked me through the new antivirus software they installed and even helped me reinstall Office Professional. I'm so grateful for their excellent service and expertise. Thank you, Virgil Computers, for the great work you guys do!

My laptop completely stopped working and my motherboard was fried, but they were able to retrieve all of my data and transfer it to my newlaptop. great and honest service and answered all of my questions.

I had my laptop battery lasting for maybe 30 minutes so I took my laptop in for battery replacement. I also had my fan running a lot when I took it in which possibly meant that my GPU was going bad. Sure enough, the GPU was going bad so it was time to get a new laptop. I tried one of the HP laptops in the shop but it was not up to my standards as it did not have HD+ graphics so I decided I needed to get a better one. Mike, Sam and Steve were all great in assisting me in finding what I needed for my new laptop. Although I did not buy my new laptop from Virgil the guys in the shop were happy to clone my old laptop drive on to my new laptop and had me up and running the same day. The transition to my new laptop was seamless. I didn't have to reload or buy any software. A great group! I'll consider their services whenever I need computer repairs. Thanks!
