Our website was very outdated and needed years worth of updates to everything, but would crash when we tried it ourselves. Our IT company wouldn't even try it. One company we found online quoted us into the $1,000s to fix it. We found On Call in an online search and Mike and his team quickly resolved our issues for a much, much more reasonable fee. We then decided to have them redesign the whole thing. It looks great and anything we need added is done very quickly and professionally. I was working 2 days a week at a large church with a full network, including Active Directory server, Exchange server, file servers, etc. Everything was run in-house. Since this size network can't be properly managed part time and we did not have the budget for more full-time network people we decided to look into managed services to replace me. We narrowed our search down to 5 companies. Two never responded, (I suspect we weren't big enough for them), three responded, and two met with me but never followed up or returned my emails. (I suspect our network had too many problems and they didn't think we could afford them.) The last company, On Call Computer Solutions, dropped off an information packet the next day. And they responded, and responded, and responded. From the first meeting it was it was obvious they wanted our business. But they went the extra mile, and then some. Even before we signed a contract they were open about the issues they found on our network and even gave advice about resolving them. That church hired On Call and I went to another church full time. If you're reading this you have a network and you know that one person full time is still not enough to manage a network. I now use On Call to manage my firewall, servers, backups, and routers, and that presence will grow as we grow. In my opinion, having On Call supplement me is the perfect solution. They have expertise in so many areas that I don't. And we save quite a bit not having to hire full-time individuals with the needed expertise. And I can say from experience at both businesses that the service and expertise they provide is great; very quick response time and friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I am currently using their services and will continue to use their services, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was tired of my computer conflicts with every update. As a small business not having an IT department I was at the mercy of online tech support or recommendations for a "tech savvy" friend. On Call Computer Solutions is perfect for the small business or even not so small business who need tech support to keep their business up and running. They are fast and efficient with most any computer problem I have had. I would highly recommend them to all businesses, especially the small business who needs tech support that is fast and dependable.

Our previous IT system was a hodge podge of many different "IT" friends trying helping our small business. New regulations mandated we upgrade and have a professional have us set up. I'm not going to lie. It was a rough transition. We had employees on MAC computers, dell, hp, etc. No one liked going to Windows 10 or getting new computers. BUT Mike and his team helped everyone individually until all their concerns/issues were alleviated. We currently pay a monthly fee for tech support and it's wonderful. It is so great to be able to pick up the phone, have them remote in, and fix our issues. Rarely do we ever have an issue that takes more than a day from start to finish to fix. They have even helped me with 10 OLD computers that were giving me issues. I highly recommend you give On Call Computer Solutions a try. It's worth it.
