I ran in saying I’d just moved to town, was in a hurry, and needed a map of Jacksonville. The guy said, sure!” and immediately handed me three useful things as if he’d known I was coming: A downtown map, a map of the JAX area, and a magazine-style booklet with places of interest and nice pics. He said in a single sentence what he’d handed me, wished me well, and off I went. Friendly and efficient. Best welcome ever.

Kinda hard to get to because it is downtown but seems to have some good information. My brother got their t-shirts here for their passport brewery crawl.
