Vista did a phenomenal job beautifying our property AND they created drainage to protect our home from the flooding that is prevalent on our street. The crew was impressive as well: professional, efficient, and skilled. We already have plans to hire them for future projects.

We had a fabulous experience with Vista Landscaping. Our backyard was a giant mud pit after Hurricane Ida and subsequent house renovations. Nick listened to our ideas and came up with a plan to transform our backyard that was better than what we could have envisioned. Once the work started it was done within one week for a fairly big project. The crews were on-time, efficient, and quick. Even better, Nick has remained incredibly responsive even after completing the project when we have had questions. I highly recommend Vista Landscaping!

The work was ok, but unfinished. They did our patio removal and installation. They finished the tile with polymeric sand. The application was sloppy and it has left a hazy residue. They promised to fix it but they are not returning my calls. I will reconsider my rating if they ever complete the job. Update: We just found out the install was likely done incorrectly. The stone is not high enough above the water table causing salt stains. Going to have to redo the project.

Vista Landscaping just cancelled my project after leaving me out to dry for 5 months with my backyard completely destroyed. They tore everything up and never came back. They refused to provide schedule updates and never initiated a single conversation. They rarely responded to any communication and have never once picked up the phone when I have called. They called it harassment, but it was negligence. They had the audacity to say that what set Vista apart was their communication skills. I understand that pools are in high demand, but they need to learn how to manage client expectations. I'm sure business is good right now, but long term relationship management is how you make it through the lean times. I have had extensive renovations and contract work on my house over the years. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Very disappointed. The crew and foreman were excellent, the management was terrible.

The entire crew was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I loved how communicative they were and listened to what we wanted for our new beer garden. Once the project started they were on it and got it done so fast! So impressed. I highly recommend Vista and I know we'll use them again in the future.
