I had a great experience with Vital Foundations - from the very first phone call until our final in-person consult, I felt truly seen and heard with my nutrition concerns. Chris is a compassionate professional who is very knowledgeable while also flexible to change and willing to adjust to accommodate your individual needs. I learned SO much about my health and how to make better choices for myself to get to my optimal health goals. If I did not find this help, my health would have continued to get worse! Chris Bramich solved so many mysteries I have search for help on since a young child. The help I received was from chronic bladder infections; regulation of my menstrual cycle from 7 to 9 irregular cycle days days down to 2 or 3regular predictable days; help to uncover Huge fixable issues to my weight problems that has been life altering. If you are on the fence, let me tell you the help you will find here is greater than any I have found. Please know I have lived in Canada, Australia and different parts of the USA. Today, My quality of life on a day to day basis has changed so dramatically!!! I am thankful I scrapped together the finance’s to be seen. I can only imagine what situation I would be in if I had not done this !!! I recommend Chris’s knowledge and application of his knowledge to problem solve what others cannot.

My husband and I are so thankful to God for the help we've received from Chris at Vital Foundations. Chris is the first medical professional to not give up on my husband's complex case, and my husband has started to feel better for the first time in over 6 years! Chris' extensive knowledge of not only nutrition and supplementation but also health conditions (rare and otherwise) was pivotal in making a difference for my husband. We live out of state (not in TX), and it has been seamless to meet online and get lab/testing done remotely. Chris always answers our emails and questions in a timely way. I'm extremely thankful for Chris, a holistic doctor who provided me with the answers and diagnosis no other doctor had been able to. Before meeting Chris, I visited multiple holistic/functional doctors who couldn’t identify the root cause of my health issues. Chris is highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring, taking the time to ask detailed questions and listen attentively in order to uncover the real cause of your symptoms. Most doctors in the past either didn't do the necessary testing or disregarded my symptoms. Words cannot describe how blessed I feel to have found Chris. He's a wealth of knowledge. He uncovered some health issues I didn't even know I had and provided me with a proper diagnosis in a matter of a few weeks. I was struggling with brain fog, fatigue, and impaired cognition for years. He was the only doctor who helped. I was a welder and apparently my body reacts horribly to metal particulates. I used a PAPR system to avoid breathing it in but the particles went into my bloodstream and caused all sorts of physiological problems. He put me on a cleanse and prescribed me several supplements and now my mood, cognition, energy, sleep, and focus improved. It also killed cravings for several junk foods. His system is very effective. 100% would recommend him.
