I’ve been a member for about 8 months, and I joined primarily to receive SkinPen microneedling at a reasonable member price. Unfortunately, after months of issues, I’m canceling and I won’t be returning. Communication was inconsistent. I was told one thing over Instagram, then something different over the phone. When I asked how many credits I had remaining, I was told I only had 1 credit left even though I had paid for multiple months of services and hadn’t been able to use them. I had to pull my credit card statements and go line-by-line to confirm what I had actually paid and what should have been banked. I also requested SkinPen microneedling and instead received a peel using a different device. That’s not what I booked, and for facial services, accuracy and transparency matter. On top of that, the facility felt disorganized and poorly maintained—equipment stored in the hallway, chipped paint, and visibly worn areas—which did not inspire confidence for procedures involving skin and sanitation. Finally, customer service at the front desk was consistently unprofessional when I asked basic membership questions. I wasn’t the only member who noticed. I wanted this to work and tried to overlook these issues for months, but when it comes to treatments on someone’s face, I’m not comfortable continuing. I’ll be staying local and looking elsewhere, even if it costs more, because I want properly trained staff and clear, consistent service.

I got my hydrafacial done here and it was such an amazing experience. The girl who did my facial, kareena, was SO sweet we were literally talking the entire time and she made me feel so comfortable. The owner? OMG, best dude ever super welcoming and kind. This place is honestly ALL IN ONE they do everything. Me and my friend went for the first time after finding them on tt and we’re 100% going back again. I literally drove 2 hours to come here, and it was SO worth it no regrets at all, and I’ll happily drive back again. The staff is 10/10, the vibe is 10/10000 They explained everything so well, did a complimentary skin analysis, and even put our names on the TV welcome screen, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch 🥹💗 Plus, complimentary parking, which is always a win. They truly took care of us from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend this place!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had the 60-minute teeth whitening done and was given a complimentary facial and face lymphatic draining services. The staff are so kind, friendly, professional and welcoming and the location is clean with such a relaxing and cool vibe! The owner even gave me a ride to the train station afterward. My teeth and face look much better and I look forward to going back soon..

Viva is absolutely amazing. I had been getting lip filler elsewhere and was having some concerns and wanted to get opinions elsewhere. I had so many people recommend me to Viva and I am SO glad I went. I ended up having to dissolve and later refill my lips but I was honestly thrilled to find this out because my concerns were addressed without me even having to mention them, which shows how informed and experienced the staff is. Veronica addressed all my concerns and explained why I needed to dissolve and the steps to get the results I wanted. I was able to get my lips refilled after dissolving and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. I was amazed at what she did with only half a syringe, truly an art. Absolutely cannot reccomend Viva enough. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of service and expertise, I wish I had come sooner. Veronica absolutely saved my lips, excited to keep coming back!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Viva La Med Spa, and I was absolutely blown away by Rachit, the cool and friendly owner! The spa has this warm and inviting vibe, and the service is just top-notch. Their treatments are seriously high-quality, and the staff is so kind and attentive. As a first-time customer, they even gave me a complimentary treatment, which made me feel super comfortable and valued. I can’t recommend Viva La Med Spa enough!
