What makes this spa special for me is the staff. I've had really great interactions with all of them, especially Jose in the locker room and Jaime at the desk; Even though the facilities could use some work, the staff makes such a difference and I definitely appreciate their efforts. We got a couples massage and the therapists were fantastic! Goshka is super good at deep tissue; you can also add CBD to your massage. The amenities are fantastic - steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi! They're really well connected. The pool is a little smaller than I'd prefer, but that day the whole space was to myself, so I had a great swim. I even requested a drink, and the staff brought me some complimentary macaroons and snacks, nice touch.

The Waldorf Astoria spa, what a lovely place to relax. All staff was so thoughtful and nice, very professional. This place is next level, Maria did such a phenomenal job during my reservation, and upon my arrival, I think that Effy was the person who greeted me, setting up a nice tone before starting my spa day My food was delicious and beautifully presented. And my massage with Emily was amazing! I highly recommend her for a massage if you visit this gem. Thank you all for my wonderful spa day. I'll be coming back, but this time with my mom and sister.

I had a 60-minute personalized facial with Lissette (spelling?) who did an excellent job! Very relaxing and overall a great facial at the Waldorf Astoria spa. Of note, Jose, the spa attendant was top notch. I never experienced that level of customer service from a spa attendant. Waldorf is very luck to have an employee of his work ethic. A 10/10 experience.

I came here for my birthday and was very disappointed in my experience given how expensive it was. Never received a call to confirm my appointment. I show up and I'm given a tour. It's not even mentioned to me that the eucalyptus steam shower is broken. I discovered that after my massage when I saw that it was blocked off. Really would've appreciated the heads up since this is one of my favorite parts of a spa after my service. Only one 'relaxation' room that holds 6 chairs in a circle facing each other so you basically have no choice but to stare at strangers while you're "relaxing." Barely any snacks. Not even a cup of tea. Was asked if I wanted a mimosa then the lady came back and said never mind we have no orange juice. When I was doing my hair at the blow-dryer station, ALL of the hair styling bottles were empty. Gratuity is automatically included in the final bill. Think it should be up to the customer. I called after my service to express my concerns. They said they would give my partial credit and a free day pass. NEVER received either. That was almost a week ago. For the WALDORF, I'm in awe and very frustrated. I wish I saved my $300 and went somewhere else, respectfully.

10/10 experience! The staff was amazing and my therapist Colleen & Mark did wonders for my sessions! I started off with a gym session and shower before getting my services. After that I got a Diamond Glow Facial and signature massage. Both therapist were informative and very professional. The staff made me a mocktail since I do not drink alcohol and it was very tasty. I came for a birthday trip and this was worth every penny. Definitely on the pricey side, but it I throughly enjoyed myself all around! When I come back to Chicago I will be back!
