Horrible VR escape room experience! Don’t do it! The staff didn’t provide any instructions on how to use the equipment. When the staff were asked to help, they just pushed the button on the controller, said ‘it’s working’, handed it back and walked away. The program skipped the tutorial for one of us, there instructions for the controllers were wrong and didn’t actually cover what was required in the game. The ‘survival’ escape room isn’t actually an escape room, but walking on a beach collecting pineapples and rocks. The staff member thought it was funny to tell us that it takes about 40 minutes to figure out how to use the controllers, at which point it’s over and we were kicked off at 41 minutes. We were each over charged by two dollars which seems petty but adds to how bad the experience was overall. Terrible afternoon and money wasted! Do not do the VR escape room!

Went there for a corporate event so was rented out in entirety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The range of different games available was decent and most of their equipment was up-to-date. However some of it was slightly showing its age. All in all a fun time.

We had a kid’s party here, which went perfectly. Really well hosted, and the kids loved the experience.

Took four kids here for a school holiday treat. The VR experiences were good but lacked some of the cutting edge games available in the market. The service on entering was good, the young man in charge explained all the rules and helped us get set up. However, there were frequent issues with the games or the equipment (glitches, slippage) and the two staff had to be frequently summoned (from their phones) to assist. When the games are about $1/minute and only last six minutes, you can expect to be waiting around for your next go for some time. Overall satisfactory but barely distinguishable from a home VR experience and the service should have been more attentive.
